I don’t even know where to begin cause they were VERY friendly ladies. I’m a Google reviewer and I tend to go around to different places and make reviews on The experience so I’m a little bit torn with this one because they were such nice ladies but…. With that being said this is not against anyone that’s in that shop but I would not recommend the shop to anyone. I detoxed my hair going into the shop and I usually detox my hair once or twice a month, but yesterday was my anniversary so I decided to go to a salon for them to wash it out. Detox is something that you only use one time followed one shampoo because it already has stripped out the oils in the hair. The lady that washed my hair washed my hair six times and I can feel it squeaky clean and something wrong but I didn’t say anything trying not to be rude. When she was done with my hair they tried to detangle my hair with conditioner. My hair was so dried out and stripped from the shampoo that they use that it tangled and made my hair difficult to detangle. I was only lucky that I brought along my own leave-in conditioner from Teal Crown Organics and it helped to take tangles out of my hair. Usually when I do a detox my hair is soft silky everything is perfectly aligned. But because they shampooed that many times my hair came out during the detangle process. It even hardened. The leave-in conditioner put moisture back in my hair and help to soften it. I literally had three handfuls of my hair in my hand when I was done I detangled it myself because I didn’t want further damage. My hair was waist length and by the time I left the shop my hair was at my bra strap because she had to cut all the damage off. Then on top of that she didn’t even do a professional cut she just cut straight across the bottom. This put my hair back 4 years of hair growth. And again nothing against the people in the shop cuz they were sweet and nice and that’s really hard for me to say against a bad review, but I would never recommend the shop to anybody only because I feel like they need some updated hair training in hair care. Waking up the next day my hair feels so dehydrated. I’m just ready to cut my whole hair off at this point. Also I did this review with my personal profile instead of my review business cause I felt really bad I had to do this.

Owner told me my total was $70.00 and ran my debit card without my permission for $85.00 instead! Also my hair stayed straight for less than 12hrs. I literally left the shop that evening, wrapped my hair overnight and the next morning when I took my hair down it was a mess. Called the owner about the price change and about redoing my hair. She had an attitude and tried to make it seem like it was my fault my hair was back to it’s original state in less than 12hrs. She also stated I said to add a $15.00 tip. I never touched the machine nor did I give her permission to add any tip. My advice is to stay away from this salon. Owner is dishonest and my hair stayed straight less than 12 hrs before returning to it’s natural state. If you do go here pay with cash and if you use a debit/credit card ask for a receipt. A waste of money and time.

Ms. Zoralla is nice. She’s flexible and always allows me to make day of appointments which works hand in hand with my schedule. I usually go after taking out my braids to get a good deep conditioner and silk press.

Walked in and it was soo clean and I was in and out so quick. I loved my hair and I’m natural so I was kind of scared about my curl pattern but she took such good care of my hair and gave me a deep condition for free!! I washed my hair yesterday and my curls are even more bouncy and defined then before!! Such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Went to get my hair done for the first time since CoViD. Called and she took me at 6 pm on a Friday. Walked in and it was soo clean and I was in and out so quick. I loved my hair and I’m natural so I was kind of scared about my curl pattern but she took such good care of my hair and gave me a deep condition for free!! I washed my hair yesterday and my curls are even more bouncy and defined then before!! Such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Needless to say I’ll be making another appointment this Friday !!!

She is AMAZING and just wants to help you no matter what your issue is! Took my 13 year old for her first salon visit she taught us both so much and my daughter went from puff puff pony tail to others asking her if that her hair! I will continue using her she is just kind and the energy is AMAZING

My daughter walked in an hour before she closed to get a silk press, on the phone the starting prices were $40 and my daughters hair stops at her shoulders , all of a sudden it is $75 once we arrived. My daughter was brushing her OWN her and detangling. She told her daughter to come help and her daughter literally barley comb one section of hair. Once I realized we would t have enough time since she was still doing someone else’s haie and We were in a hurry AND the price was ridiculous so I told my daughter we would do it another time. My daughter told her and she tried to charge my daughter $25 for detangling her own daughter even thought that was unfair and she threatened to call the police. She barely combed my daughters her and tried to charge $25 and wouldn’t let her leave. This is horrible service. You didn’t do a service all you was hand her a comb, something she could’ve done at home. You are very unprofessional and a very greedy person. You should be grateful.
