Came in the morning they were able to immediately take my daughter. They were so nice and professional. My daughters hair was really damaged at first. They washed and blow dried my daughters hair and also a trim. They was not chop crazy. I loved loved how straight they got it being that it’s so thick. She will be coming during the cold season for a blow out.

Zoraida Dominican Salon is a wonderful place to come and get your hair washed and blowed dryer as smooth as silk. They are warm and welcoming as you enter the door and even offered chips and beverage while I the waiting mom waited patiently for my daughter to get her hair done. Service like this goes above and beyond and is the type of service that will have us return again and again. If you want to give your hair a break from the braids come to Zoraida’s. Their smile will be waiting.

Overall the salon is nice! Maria is excellent! However the shampoo girl is a piece of work. She is mean, rude, rough and does what she wants to do. She refused to roll my hair, so Maria had to do it. She then rolled her eyes and walked away. I shrugged it off as a bad day. So, I tried them again! Maria was excellent and the shampoo lady started the same rudeness again! Oh well, last visit there!!!!!

Do Not Go they used perm in the shampoo or conditioner my hair is coming out so much when I brush my hair my hair is crunchy anyone that has gotten a perm before knows what I mean by crunchy . Terrible do not go here they do not care I went in February 2022. My hair does not look as full prior to going. I now have to use neutralizing shampoo twice a week to save my hair . Do not go

On my visit on 12/28/21 I was met with poor professionalism from the shampoo lady (don’t know her name, but she wears the Gucci frames.) She was rough and harsh on my head, and she didn’t make me feel comfortable at all. When I told her that she was being to rough with my hair, she spoke to me in an unprofessional tone in Spanish and gave me a look that could kill. I later requested that the stylist Maria take over. The shampoo lady continued to fuss in her native language as she appeared very upset towards my opposition of the rough treatment of my hair in front of other customers. I gave this review three stars because Maria the head stylist put me at ease and was very professional in how she handled the situation. Maria continued with properly detangling my hair, massaging my scalp, and provided amazing handling of my hair and style overall. The shampoo lady needs more training in customer service and washing / detangling different hair types. If I choose to come back Maria will be requested for shampooing and styling my hair from here on out.

If the owner of this establishment cared about clients they would definitely make sure the stylist were nicer, I went here once I wouldn’t go back, I felt like the shampoo girl was gonna rake all my hair out, and its not a good feeling when ppl talk about you to your face because they think you don’t understand what they are saying, body language is universal. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
