So this company forces you to be on an auto renew membership. Knowing you only want one month you can’t cancel in the first 10 days. Then you can only cancel online. We didn’t know this so we went to the store to cancel and they were closed for the holiday. I went online to cancel and they had already charged my card. I was given an email to reach out to on day 31 so we haven’t used it at all for the month and they refuse to credit us back for the 2nd month of membership. The intentionally don’t let you cancel right away hoping this situation happens. While it’s legal business practice, it’s horrible customer service. I would NOT recommend doing business with a company that treats customers this way, we will support a place that treats people better any day of the week.
