She took the extra time to explain different lotion specs to me along with her own personal pros and cons about a few different ones, EXCELLENT customer service! She was busy and did a great job handling all her customers besides myself.

Some of the girls that work at this location can be very snotty & rude but they never seem to last long! Nickolle is the pregnant girl(at the moment) that works weekends and boy is she awesome. Always friendly! But overall a good place to tan, good beds & good bulbs.

It’s a decent price tanning place and always clean. The girls are kind of pushing on trying to sell you products but it’s to be expected. I will say though that if u ever have any issues it takes weeks to get ahold of cooperate. I also wouldnt suggest becoming apart of the sun club because if ure are gets declines there is a fee which we had a misunderstanding I thought the fee was $37 plus the $21 so I couldnt afford that and I was going to cancel and they said I had to pay the balance off before I could cancel and that they would still charge my card each month. So they were going to charge my card each month for a service they weren’t providing me. Because u csnt tan until the fee is paid. That’s kind of stealing in my eyes. But the fee is $15 on top of the $21 but it still stands if ure card gets declines u cant tan or cancel until u pay that off and they will still charge your card each month. Which is wrong in my opinion. So as a customer I suggest just paying month to month.

I have been tanning here for years, I enjoy coming here. I love the staff! I don’t enjoy being in a bed where I don’t have the option to turn the fan off. Reoccurring issue with this and the bed head rests are split down the middle. Other than that, I have had no issues.

I love this Tropi Tan. The staff is amazing. There’s only one chick that works there that is rude. Hope I don’t see her again. And they didnt tell me that the lotion I bought wasnt tanning lotion(I’m pretty new to tanning) so now I have to pay a boat load of money for more lotion. But honestly it’s my favorite Tanning Spa
