Glass cut leg on the tanning bed TWICE after not being fixed after first complaint. I contacted customer service which took a week to respond and they will not give management phone numbers. They offer no names or numbers with only email interactions that do not get answered. This will be escalated to legal action. Do not go to this tanning salon.

I visited your store on April 25th 2019, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted Promptly by 2 professional young ladies. I had concerns about tanning lotions. Definitely didn’t wanna get something to Dramatic or intense. Both girls seemed to have a knowledge on which ones were best fit for my needs. Most employees have A I just work here attitude. Not those 2… Eager to help and go above and beyond. definitely recommend to friends and family. It feels really good to see young adults putting pride into their work and taking the time to Lend a helping hand

Was told i had to buy a cream and i broke out from it. Also room 3 fan does not work and was told others have a hard time with it.. it doesn’t. Tried bed for a 2nd time and held fan button forever never turned on.. Who knows how many people complained about it and lied to, just to make a sale. Will use rest of membership at different location
