Usually a great experience , very clean and friendly. Not this day waited 15 minutes for a phone call to end so my room could be cleaned then someone else was taken before me who came in after me and they didn’t have their phone or a card on file and I waited for all of this to be completed and then my room was still not ready. Took an hour for a 15 min spray tan.

Not a happy tanner today. Received a coupon for my birthday for $1 spray tan or uv tan got to grand blanc location they had never seen that before. Wouldn’t scan so they called and were told it is $1 per minute so cheaper for me to just pay regular. They were going to retract the coupons. Got in room bed didnt work had to switch rooms then double charged my account for switching rooms. I guess not a happy birthday to me. Sad. Do better Zoom tan.

Everyone is nice and accommodating, no issues there. The place could use a deep cleaning. The beds are clean , and the rooms are fine. However if you look up and up around the beds, it’s covered in major dust.
