Don’t go here. So SO disorganized. Drive so far away tried to get a tan. They couldn’t scan the id sent by message by email. Their System would not work then want me to set an account online. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID.

She answered my moms questions in details and was quite helpful. The place was very clean and tan came out very well. Positive: ValueThe staff is friendly and professional. However, in the recent months the guy that worked at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional but I think he no longer works there. The new older lady is okay but has no people skills and the rooms are dirty which has never been a problem in the past until now. One of the staff members I believe her name is Alex, is the only one who has this place spotless anytime I go and very friendly, professional and informative in any questions I may have. The staff is friendly and professional. However, in the recent months the guy that worked at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional but I think he no longer works there. This place is excellent, I have visited it for more than two years and the service has remained the same or better. I love the cleanliness of the place and especially the treatment of customers. Alex is wonderful, always aware of all the details, kind and fast. I think that all the companies that provide this type of service should have many Alexs.
