I went to this location yesterday for a single visit because I’m only in the area this week for work. I have never had such amazing customer service EVER. I wish I would have gotten her name. Y’all this place is the most incredible tanning salon I’ve ever been to. They have spray and sun lamp tanning, incredible packages, and state of the art technology. You control your own bed for your entire tanning experience!! No more having to rush to put lotion on before the bed comes on! Like seriously the woman who helped me was simply incredible! Thank you! I wish I was closer!!

For years I was told how awesome Zoom tan was, that this isn’t the Oompa Loompa orange spray tan from college. I’m glad I finally gave it a chance! So far, so good. I’ll definitely still get a natural tan (as safely as possible), but love having this option to keep the glow going. If you haven’t tried Zoom, give it a shot!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have had a membership at Zoom Tan for years and have always had the most ELITE customer service. However, today I was very very disappointed in the new young lady at the front desk that appeared to be on her cell phone when I arrived. She was so unprofessional and her customer service did not exist .She acted like I was a burden that I walked in the door. She forgot to give me my napkin and hair covering and I asked if the manager was here and she reports “Like why you have a problem?” I was appalled. I asked her if she was new to the company and she said no she is from Tallahassee.
