Michelle has always been the most amazing employee. She always tells me about new products and daily deals. I know she really cares about my results not making a sale. I have an unlimited monthly package for UV and spray. I was about to cancel the spray tan package because I’ve been unhappy with my results. she asked me questions about what products I was using and explained why I wasn’t get the anticipated results. I’ m keeping the package but only because she cared enough to ask questions and give me knowledgeable answers. Michelle is a true asset to your company. She takes the time educate me regarding the products and results. I can’t express enough how grateful I am that she takes the time to anticipate my needs and provide exceptional customer service. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe woman working was amazing! I was nervous about what level spray tan to get and what positions to move while in the booth. She was super informative and patient. Even came back to demonstrate the positions to make sure I got an even spray tan!

Critical: QualityI normally do not leave bad reviews. But this is unacceptable customer service from Corporate. With the COVID shutdown, my account with them was messed up. The billing dates and cycles have been completely thrown off. Basically, I paid for two weeks at a full month price and even through I had tripled checked with the ZOOM TAN employee, who gave me the wrong dates. After contacting corporate they absolutely refuse to do anything about this because they, “can’t confirm what an employee told me”!
