Positive: Cleanlinesswant to start by saying I absolutely love this place; I’ve been buying an annual/ VIP package the last 4 years. However, the one problem I’ve had with the company was with one specific associate, when it’s time to go, no one will stand in the way of that. For example I’ve been told at 8:52 I’m only allowed to tan for 8 minutes. I wanted to know if that was policy or personal preference. No one seemed to have the answer.I am a little disturbed by the turn over of the staff and the lack of the customer service of the new associates.The “overall” experience is great! want to start by saying I absolutely love this place; I’ve been buying an annual/ VIP package the last 4 years. However, the one problem I’ve had with the company was with one specific associate, when it’s time to go, no one will stand in the way of that. For example I’ve been told at 8:52 I’m only allowed to tan for 8 minutes. I wanted to know if that was policy or personal preference. No one seemed to have the answer.

Critical: ProfessionalismBought package pay 10 months get 2 free. They closed due to pandemic. Which would have began my 2 free months. They opened in July closed again in October. I tried to use my 2 mos. To start today dec. 30 and was informed I lost them since I didn’t come in when they opened. I didn’t feel comfortable at that time unsure of safety. why should they dictate when you have to use it. I understand once you come in and it starts then it’s 2 mos. From that date but with the scare of covid why wouldn’t they let the patron decide when they felt safe. Money they wanted money so they were forcing patrons to use our loose. Lost respect for this establishment.
