Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalismthey were so rude, we were ignored for the first ten minutes, other guests were waited on before us. I asked about one of their policies because it confused me and was genuinely taken aback by how incredibly rude the staff was. Maybe she was just having a bad day? But I have been a customer for years and will never go back again. She was so awful to me I have never been treated like that by any employee anywhere. Love this place, love the employees, great atmosphere, it’s always spic and span clean, the tanning booths are great and I never have to wait to get in a room. Great prices definitely recommend! The employees I must say are the best employees around!Highly recommend!

Terrible experience where zoom tan has charged my card without consent and has avoided the situation for days now. I am about to go to the better business burea and report them. They are scam artists! My evidence against them is piling high.. they do so many things consistent with scams like not allowing you to cancel a membership for ten days after purchase which is scam tactic #1 because buyer remorse diminishes.. scam tactic number 2, they would not let me sign Up without a cellphone so they could send me a code confirming my number which means I don’t get physical papers to sign even when asked for them! Scam tactic number 3, The lady at the desk put me in for a 2 month membership when I specifically asked for ONE month with ZERO auto payments which she assured me and thus far I have had auto payments come out without my consent. Scam tactic number 4 they will not cancel my membership for me, they require me to do it myself and again, I must wait ten days after purchase so I forget to do it. There are so many more. They also post FAKE REVIEWS on google to increase their ratings! I am working on finances to get w lawyer, this place has made zero efforts to make things right.

Fast and Easy and good deals. I sprayed tanned in Florida and although this is machanical I tanned almost the same and it doesn’t flake off. You need the additive though! Do not skip that! It’s $2 and you will not regret that decision.
