Spray was broken down on my last trip, it stopped halfway through spraying. Went back today to get my free spray tan and they told me a waited too long to come back. One month, they never told me there were time constraints on it.Back to Maximum Tan I go

I’ve been with zoom tan on and off for a long time. I’ve been on both ends of the counter. As a salon manager and as a customer. I’ve been to almost all of the Rochester locations and I have to say the long pond location is hands down the most welcoming. Always super clean, cutely decorated for a holiday or full of new products. The employees are happy and helpful. And the manager Angela is amazing, You can tell she loves her job and represents the company so well. She helped me as a up and coming manager and always recommends the right products for my best tan, Always offers the best customer service, she’s full of knowledge and personality. I will only tan at her location now. Hands down best Tanning salon I’ve been in.

I have a membership at a different salon but the spray tanning booths were down at all locations this week. Thankfully here you don’t have to have a membership to get one. It’s a beautiful place & I had a wonderful experience, you could see the tan immediately & I especially loved how quickly the spray dried! As glad as I was to be able to get a spray for my event tomorrow, unfortunately it didn’t come out as dark as the other sprays I’m used to since the levels here are better quality in making it look more natural. Overall I’m just glad they were there in my time of need & I’d definitely recommend them!

Long pond zoom tan is my absolute favorite. Super clean and the girls are always very nice and energetic!! Angela helps me when I come in and she just gets me excited to come bAck!!! Definitely would recommend this salon to everyone.

It was a great experience going to a clean and cheerful zoom tan finally !! I have been going to the one on Ridge Rd. West, and the woman that is always there when I go is miserable. She never smiles and is very quick to get you out of her face. It feels like I’m a bother by going in. As for being clean, it’s not.

I LOVE the staff, the place is always clean and I like the tanning booths and Norvell spray units. The company as a whole, corporate offices not impressed. As a customer who payed for my year membership I do not feel my business is valued. They offer amazing deals for new customers and current customers cannot take advantage of. When I called to share my complaint and concern I was treated nicely but basically told they couldnt do anything at this time. As a client who again payed for my year membership to spray up front have to wait in rediculous lines if there is a spray deal offered to the publinc or non member, again I was told they were aware and working on a solution but of course did not have one.

I primarily have been going to the Zoom Tan on Long Pond Road in Greece because of timing, traffic and proximity. It is really well run, always clean and the woman I usually see there (she seems to be working almost every night) is very pleasant, always chipper, and professional. She also really cares about the place and appears proud of Zoom Tan. I only recently found out her name. Olivia. Given that any business is only as good as it’s employees, I would say she is an exemplary employee for you. Everyone else, including the employees at the Ridge outfit (next to 5 Guys) is also quite nice. Another standout is a woman who may be a manager but I don’t know her name. I do know she has a little bit named “Dominick” who she says is “naughty”. She has dark hair. And a tan! Haha Thank you for asking my input. Mark Donadio

I love the bulbs zoom tan uses, even if I can only make it once or twice a week, I maintain my tan. My salon is immaculate, nothing ever out of place and always a step above clean. Staff always hàs a welcoming smile and answers to any questions I’ve ever had. The manager is by far the friendliest person I’ve ever met in a management position, she doesn’t seem to mind being in the trenches with her employees when problems arise ( modern technology is wonderful, but we all know how aggravating it can be when it’s on the blink) a couple times the computers were down and many of us were waiting in line, a few customers became ridiculously biligerent, the manager kept her cool, diffused the situation and even managed to make some of us smile . Kudos to zoom tan for the excellent upkeep of their tanning bulbs, they are always strong and operating properly. I’ve tanned for well over 30 years and have never been as pleased as I am with my zoom tan salon, their employees and their equipment in all those years. Keep up the good work Zoom Tan.
