I love this location. I have never tanned in the past but with my upcoming wedding I needed some color. I got almost everyday if not at least every other day. Everyone is so friendly & so welcoming. I love it here & I think I will continue my membership after the wedding. I love the convenient location for me as it’s on my way home from work. It would be nice to have one in Macedon again since that’s where I live but it’s only 7 minutes from my house into penfield so it’s not the end of the world!!! I’m so sad Kim left, she was amazing to work with & talk to. Everyone else is wonderful especially Maddie!!

Critical: ProfessionalismFirst time went to Zoom Tan in Penfield, young lady working the desk. She was texting on her personal phone and didn’t seem interested in helping. I placed my ID and cc on the table like online directions said. Scans my ID and then put it back on the desk and said their spray machine was down… I called earlier I got their main line and I hadn’t been told anything prior. The young lady went back to her cell phone and acted like I wasn’t there …You would think, she would let me know other places that are in service… But, nope. I had to ask her and she gave me an uncomfortable feeling as if I was asking her to go beyond her job…I ended at Perinton and the woman who helped me was Fantastic. She was sweet and very understanding and made me feel welcomed. She also walked me through the process, she has been there working for three years and is still an amazing employee!
