Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBoth before the pandemic and during the Geneva location has been clean, friendly and professional. It’s honestly not too expensive and there’s always a deal on packages and lotions as well. They’re good at remembering people and some of us they know by name and politely converse with us upon our arrival. The manager is quick, knowledge and incredibly friendly. Both before the pandemic and during the Geneva location has been clean, friendly and professional. It’s honestly not too expensive and there’s always a deal on packages and lotions as well. They’re good at remembering people and some of us they know by name and politely converse with us upon our arrival. The manager is quick, knowledge and incredibly friendly. The manager, Krystal goes above and beyond to answer any questions regarding products and services and always greets you with a warm welcome.
