I first started tanning back in 2020, when Jeramie was manager and he was great and we will miss him, but the new manager Kylie is amazing, she goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and is extremely knowledgeable in all of your products and has helped me out with areas that weren’t tanning as evenly as the rest and gave me recommendations and they have worked out great. So if Jeramie had to be replaced, you couldn’t have chosen a better person to fill his shoes. I’m happy you promoted Kylie, I know she will continue to do a wonderful job for your company!!

Today was my first time at zoom tan and Kylie was extremely helpful! I was having trouble registering my drivers license and she kept the salon open past 8 o’clock in order to ensure that I was registered and got my spray tan. The manager at Canandaigua hooked me up and helped me come back to Zoom Tan! She was on the phone many times going back and forth with the company working out the kinks to bring me back and got me set up with a membership. She even got me 50% off a new lotion as a new customer!!! She is the best and if you have any questions or concerns, she’s your girl. Her location is extremely clean, accommodating, and they will always greet you with a friendly face. 10/10 recommend

I would like to say Kylie at the Canandaigua store is very friendly and helped me to her fullest figuring out what lotions I needed and the store is very clean and makes you want to come back. Kylie goes the extra mile to help you and she lets you use her lotion if you’re not sure and goes that extra mile to make you feel good and get the results you’re looking for. A couple years ago I had signed up at Zoom Tan in Canandaigua. I really received 10 star customer/ client treatment from Jeremy and unfortunately after Covid and Pandemic I stopped going. I recently was comparing tanning businesses and locations. After receiving such great service and the beds, rooms were always sparkling clean I went back to check them out. I was immediately greeted with a big smile by Kyley Z. What an absolute sweetheart! She explained all the new details, and for resigning up I got a special price on the lotion. She has a great personality and you feel she’s really glad to see you. I havent had that feeling in most of the businesses I go to after the Pandemic (sadly to say) but true. I get a great “Welcome and Smile” each time I come to tan at this location! Then if it cant get any better I asked about Jeremy who was just the best and learned he’s the manager! Great news!!! I spread the word about my experience at Zoom. I’d definitely give them more than 5 stars if I could.
