The staff is always friendly & helpful, the store however is looking worse & worse. Not only have they been saying for months it’s going to be remodeled and not one thing has been done, yesterday the air conditioning wasn’t working either. I get it’s getting warmer out but it is pretty much unbearable in there. Most radio’s don’t work, the walls are awful and the floors are old & gross. I get it was taken over from a Total Tan and the floor are ruined from the beds but like myself and many other people we spend quite a bit monthly, I don’t think it’s a lot to ask for a clean, fresh, air conditioned & music to listen to rooms on our visits.

I was skeptical but I gotta say their bulbs are amazing. Best bulbs I’ve tried! You get a beautiful bronze color fairly quickly. Great pricing on the monthly package and you can cancel anytime. I did the $9.99 per month which gives you unlimited visits (1 per day) at 6 minutes and if you want to go longer you can add minutes for $1 a minute.

Overall I had a great experience. However, I only needed to go for a for a wedding. Tried to cancel before my month was up. They wouldn’t let me cancel. I was finally able to cancel my membership after being charged. Now, they won’t refund my money back. I will never use their services again. Customer service was very rude & ignorant!

I LEFT EXTEME SUN CAPSULE TO GO BACK TO ZOOM TAN AND I’M EXTREMELY ANNOYED THAT I DID! THEY MISLEAD THEIR CUSTOMERS TO BELIEVE THEY WERE OPENING UP 24/7 TANNING, AS PER THEIR ADVERTISEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE; SHORTLY AFTER I JOINED I NO LONGER SEEN THEIR 24/7 TANNING COMING SOON AD. THE HOURS OF 10-8 AREN’T DOABLE FOR EVERYBODY THAT HAS A MEMBERSHIP!!! NOT EVERYONE WORKS A 9-5. I WORK 1130-8 MON-FRI, WHICH LEAVES ME NO TIME TO TAN ALL WEEK! NOW I HAVE TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP WITH ZOOM; JUST TO GO BACK TO EXTREME SUN CAPSULE AND PAY ANOTHER MEMBERSHIP FEE WITH THEM! FYI EXTREME SUN CAPSULE IS OPEN UNTIL 12 AM!!!!
