Like other reviews it is SUPER hot at this location. I can never last my full time without my skin feeling like it’s on fire no matter if it’s 10:15 or later in the day. 8/10 times you have to wait for a booth no matter what time you go. Transit location in depression never an issue nor wait time. North Buffalo was great! I could stay in my whole time, clean although the parking is hard (had to park on street) but I’ll take it to get my moneys worth!

I appreciate the affordability of zoom tan but the booths are soo small and get extremely hot, despite the airflow. The bulbs aren’t protected by glass/plastic, but just some wire which means if you aren’t careful you can accidentally touch the very hot bulbs (I did several times due to how small the space is). The handles to push the door open also get very hot. Overall not a pleasant tanning experience but it gets the job done.

I went to this Zoom Tan on 4/26 because I received a text message about 33% off of lotions and it was close to where I was going as I normally go to the Zoom Tan in Niagara Falls. I got to the location at 7pm which I know is a busy time of the day for Zoom, as I walked up there was a line out the door. The girl working was no where in site once there for a few min the girl comes up front and starts checking people in. I was second on the wait list to UV as she kept taking people not keeping them in any rotation it seemed. I waited for 10mins to finally get to sign in as I was signing in I asked what lotions where currently on sale as I wanted a new lotion the girl had no clue what I was talking about said there was no sake besides packets which I know this was false. The lady dropped my ID twice trying to scan it. As I go into the UV booth there was trash over flowing the little trash can provided, lotion on the little stool hair and lotion on the floor. Lotion on the mirror, you could tell the UV booth itself wasn’t wiped down either after the last person used it because you could see there lotion foot print. I have been to multiple Zoom Tan locations as I love Zoom Tan this was the most disappointing experience for me. As I am also sad now because I can’t get a deal on lotion until the next sale and I needed a new lotion.

I love zoom tan but this location NEEDS a bigger space- like the Delaware location. The beds are literally scorching. After a couple minutes I have to try and finish tanning with the doors open. Tanning
