Smaller, but a decent number of stand up booths and (I believe) 2 spray booths (I don’t use them, so unsure) and very clean. I come here everyday and I seriously love the staff! They are all SO knowledgeable, and really helped me out when I got tattoos and wanted to take care of them! They charge a 35$ start up fee for the VIP and once a year another fee for maintenance fee. Plus the 10$ a month tanning. The girls working the counter are super nice. Only reason I gave any stars.

I just had the most amazing experience with the district manager in the New Hartford location! She let a friend and I use a lotion to see if we liked it and they were incredible! The whole team is so friendly and inviting, I’m new to the area and most tanning places in CT are not as friendly. It was a good feeling to see smiling faces greet you upon entering. I signed up with zoom tan for their monthly unlimited spray package ($19.99) which I think is very reasonable. All of the girls who work there are super friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms are always spotless. Highly recommend.

It’s clean and usually not a long wait, but the bulbs are out a lot. They need to get better at changing them based on hrs used not when they burn out. I can tan in one bed that may create a burn then next bed doesn’t even get that warm. Needs more consistently in bulb changing. Staff is good and friendly but corporate makes them upsell way overpriced lotion, that’s a shame as a work requirement. Doesnt make sense to try to upsell a membership to “save me money” only to try and sell me outrageous overprice lotion! How insulting!
