She is so patient with any questions I have about tan packages, products or any services zoomtan offers that fit my best needs. They hit the jackpot when they hired her. Filthier than a horror movie gas station. Employees are very nice but can only do so much. The “be patient while we renovate” signs are old and yellowed. This is the only one even kind of close to me, and also the one that has me considering cancelling my membership.

Janelle for yrs has always been so nice & welcoming .I wasn’t sure if I would like zoom since I enjoyed all the laydown beds that total tan had but the way they incorporated a the individual rooms per stand up booth it is really nice. Janelle is a great manager & looks for certain individuals that are very likeable to work there.

The staff is always super friendly. Always a good experience. Although lately, if you go at 10am when they first open (even if you get there at 9:40am) there is a line almost to Harbor Freight tools. I definitely preferred the 9am opening hours. Especially having a very small window of alone time in the mornings while my youngest is at preschool. Days like today a Saturday morning I pulled in about 10:07am and they hadn’t even opened the doors to customers yet because the line outside was crazy long. I just left and came back in the afternoon. I am not a fan of the new hours.
