She is usually at the Dewitt location, and has consistently been my favorite associate to interact with at any of the local Zoom Tans. She’s always gone above and beyond to make my experience awesome, including when I had a long term injury. The other customers usually think she’s delightful as well! Her attention makes the difference between having just a typical tanning experience (where many associates like to make customers feel like they don’t measure up), versus feeling welcome and valued, and part of a self care experience. The interim manager at the Fayetteville NY store is amazing! She is usually at the Dewitt location, and has consistently been my favorite associate to interact with at any of the local Zoom Tans. She’s always gone above and beyond to make my experience awesome, including when I had a long term injury. The other customers usually think she’s delightful as well! I have had SEVERAL less than professional experiences at this location. I’m not the type to complain, however my latest experience just pushed me to this point. I came in today for a quick UV tan. It was busy and there were several cunstomers in the waiting room, along with 4 employees. When I walked in, one clueless looking employee said “it’s gonna be a few minutes, she is cleaning rooms”. She then walked away without taking my name or info. I politely took a seat and then watched as 3 other people walked in and were promptly directed to UV booths. I then walked up and explained my irritation to a different employee. She never apologized or asked a single question. Instead she tried to sell me some product (I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve been a customer here for over 3 years). There is ZERO customer service, knowledge or accountability in that place. Every time I go, there is different staff, none of which have a clue about customer service, let alone simple manners. Disgusting.

I got there a few minutes before close as usual because of my job and they always let me in and don’t make me feel bad about it. However last time she tried to tell me they were closed and the system wouldn’t let me in. I had her try it and it let me in. She told me and others they were closed. Not my usual experience

The spray tan is awesome but their sales associates are way way too pushy and come across rude. I declined to sign up for a month membership the last 2 times I was there ; the first time I was there the girl explained to me I would only be spending $4 more for a membership and when I declined because I did not want the auto deduction from my account she sarcastically said “well thats just kind of silly isnt it? ok then” and was visibly annoyed for the rest of our interaction. The 2nd time a different sales associate said “oh my god why are you spending so much money?!” she then proceeded to count how many times I had come in the past month and then also told me what I was doing did not make sense. I rudely explained to her I did not want a membership and honestly at this point since I had been in a lot I clearly know about your membership prices, give it a rest. She was also annoyed by my decision. Although they do have the best spray tan, I will no longer go to the Fayetteville store. Oneida is much nicer and does not bother you at all about a membership, I would definitely recommend going there and avoiding Fayetteville unless you feel like constantly being bothered every single time you go in to spend money

Zoom 10 offers all different kinds of artificial sun tanning both would fluorescent lights and they also have spray booths which spray on a tan like material onto your skin. Their prices are very high however once in a while they offer a sales discount for an annual contract. Lines can be long sometime

Rarely get a, hello, how are you today or a goodbye, have a nice day. Associates definitely don’t appear to like their job. If your looking for in and out and aren’t afraid of saying no everytime you go for products, then it’s fine. My experience at DeWitt location was much better, unfortunately Fayetteville is closest to my home.
