The Cortland, NY Zoomtan is phenomenal, they were amazing before the new renovated building but they are always clean, and managed very well. Their employees (especially the manager there during the day) are absolutely amazing, so helpful, we have great conversations and I can’t get enough of them! You’re so lucky to have the manager in Cortland that you do, she memorized numbers and names, she’s friendly to every single person that comes in the door, I have never in my years of being a member seen her act unprofessional, she dresses up like she is working for a larger company, and she’s an overall amazing asset to your company.

Terry at the Cortland location and a wonderful young blonde girl, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name but these two girls have been fantastic! They keep it clean and are upbeat, happy moving customers along quickly and efficiently even when they are swamped. Great employees!! Will keep going and definitely recommend this place! Terrible location to go to don’t waste your time if I could give them a zero I would. Went there to fix a spray tan that didn’t work was told I had 24hrs to redo went same day and the told me I had till closing the same day to go home wash it off and come back. I live an hour away so idk how the he’ll I would’ve made it back. Then I bought a spray she said would help and um no it didn’t it made it darker than the rest of my tan I got a level 1 tan and they gave me dark tanning spray which made matters worse. I want a dam refund asap.
