The manager running this store is absolutely the best. ALWAYS friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable when I want a new lotion. She keeps this store spotless which is a major bonus. It’s also nice walking in and having your name known for being so frequent there. She takes the time to get to know everybody walking through that door. I’m a bit confused how my fiancée can go in there and use my credit card to pay for “minutes” but when it comes to me setting up a membership even when I go in to try to set it up her she is not allowed to use my credit card. I’d love to know the logic behind this one.

Place closed. Transition across the street to “equivalent beds” is a total lie. Waited patiently for full store with all the equipment to move, it’s been 6 months and NO move has happened at all. They just bought the Total Tan across the street and didn’t do squat to it — its a tacky country bumpkin outfit with broken beds and all the pillows are crumbling and gross. What a joke. Really not worth your $$.

My location closed. I paid in full in advance for 1 year. And they won’t offer any refund or exception on daily specials at alternate location 1 hour away. The don’t know what customer service is.
