Staff has turned tanning into a pleasant experience, and they always have answers to my questions. Check in is quick. Facilities are extremely clean. I’d recommend!! *Update May 2022: they’ve maintained their clean and friendly standards. I would still recommend!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The so called “manager” does not know how to communicate with customers and she doesn’t know how to treat repeat customers. The fact that I refused to pay the full price for a tanning session, when members and customers received the promotional deal that was sent out. Instead of verifying tgar I’m a repeat customer and offering me the promotional deal, the “manager” said, “yup, you can go ahead and have a seat”. I definitely do not recommend this location due to the lack of customer appreciation….absolutely terrible!

Awesome uv and spray tan booths!! Very clean and the level 2 bronzer is completely natural looking and is not sticky or gross and does not stain or wipe off on clothing or sheets. Sets in very nicely. Highly recommend Zoom Tan

This place has new management Zoom, and they have changed all the policies with no regard for veteran customers. Thank goodness St Croix tan is right down the road. You can tan anywhere but good customer service is hard to find

I’ve been going to Total Tan on and off for years…. I love them and I appreciate the hours that they are open as I have worked some crazy SHIFTS!!! I don’t even live in the same area any more but I will travel and return to the same place!!!

Worst zoom tan I’ve ever been to. Front desk staff literally had headphones in FaceTiming when I came in and the spray booth had obviously not been cleaned. I’m usually a big zoom tan fan too so this was disappointing
