I’d give zero stars if I could. This is a sketchy business that continues to charge my card MONTHS after I cancelled my membership. You can’t speak to a manager when you call and have to submit all communication through email. I will be reporting the the better business bureau. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! Tanning

I cancelled my membership with St Croix, before they were acquired by Zoom Tan. However, I’ve been charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars since then. I’ve spent hours on the phone, trying to get these charges refunded, but it’s been a nightmare. I do not have a membership with Zoom Tan, I did not have an active membership with the company they acquired, I never consented to Zoom charging my bank account, and I cannot imagine this is legal… I can see from the reviews and online boards that I’m not the only one experiencing this fraudulent behavior, but with their evasive corporate tactics and inability to get anyone helpful on the phone, I don’t know what to do at this point.

I loved St. Croix Tan !!! I was in town visiting from Florida, I jumped on a great pkg they had available. Molly and the rest of the staff was great. Great tanning beds, atmosphere and professionalism. I will be back next visit!!

Very clean. Employees are super nice, beds are great and they are huge. I did the spray tan as well and it lasted almost 10 days.

Very clean, polite and helpful employee’s. Nice atmosphere.However the prices for bronzer and other lotions blew my mind! $86.00 for a bottle or 13.00 for one of those little packets. Bring your own and save yourself alot of money!

The staff are very nice and friendly every time I come in. I’m base tanning for a trip next month, and told them I was new. I got a nice walk-through tour with a “how to” with the beds, intercoms, music settings, etc., and recommendations for duration, frequency, and skin care, and a really good tanning package. They are finalizing renovations, and it looks very attractive.

New to the area…Clean, well maintained and Daniella at the front desk is EXCELLENT. Must say, her energy is the reason I came back after my initial visit for info on services, etc. Definite hiring opportunity on days when Daniella doesn’t work which is why i gave 4 stars rather than 5

I am a standing member and I have had NOTHING BUT VERY POSITIVE experiences at the Delmar location!! …even thru the flood they experienced, they did their best to accommodate!! Came in for a spray tan for a special occasion and the young lady at the desk explained the process TWICE… when I came in last week to inquire and again today!!! She was energetic, sweet, and happy to answer questions. (Ps. I am a local business owner myself) …shop is always clean and festively decorated!! And my spray tan looks AMAZING !!
