Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had the classic eyelash extensions for $100. Thelashes fell off within 4 days. Great service, loved the idea that you lay down while they wax your eyebrows. If your cold they provide you with a blanket. I was very relaxed and enjoying the service the person who waxed my eyebrows was very friendly and talkative. Clean, organized, and no waiting time. They also do makeup for any events when you are rushed.

I love Olga and her work. (I only do waxing) She always makes sure to revise it with me and then she completes it. Once done she asks me if it looks good? Which i have never had a issue with any of her work. I will always return and always to Olga. Great staff!

The owners need to put a little more attention to their Mission location rather than just their McAllen location. Horrible service. Had my lash perm done here and I had told the lady that it was burning my eye and she said it was normal. Second day into my perm one eye looks horrible and on top of that my lashes got burned they look horrible. I professionally know that it’s not suppose to burn because i have my license so I know protocol. So now I’m dealing with my lashes all messed up curled going all different directions plus some of my lashes burnt off they look horrible!

Not a reliable place, gave a deposit for a certain date for 3 persons which we had to be ready before 1:00 PM (hair & make-up) well, the day came, we were suppose to be there by 8:15 AM which we were, which to our surprise no one was there, a few minutes after an employee got there but didn’t have the key. A little after 8:30 AM another employee arrived (Poulet) not sure if I spelled her name correctly but anyways another lady got there before she did (client) We go in and Paolet started doing her make-up and talking about some trip the other had taken etc…etc… make a long story short my daughter in law ended up leaving. Bottom line won’t ever go back. If you ever have a special event to go to make sure you have a 2nd choice.

This is the place for your eyebrows. They are the best!!!! I love it, since the first thime i went. I keep going twice a month, and now trying their other treatments. Absolutely love this place!
