Karen is incredible- she made me feel so welcomed, and really was determined to get my hair more healthy. I got a conditioning treatment which has helped so much, and my hair still feels so soft and I don’t have any split ends (my hairs usually splits a week or two after my haircut) !! Karen took so much care in keeping my length, while cutting what needed to be cut. She also did a beautiful job curling my hair. I am so happy I found this great salon !

Horrible services!!! I would highly not recommend this salon. In the beginning, they are so nice to you and do your consultation but in the end, you don’t get what you asked for. It usually takes 2-3 hours at a salon to get your highlights done but it took almost 6 hours for the hair coloring process. They really don’t know what they are doing and they would go to the back room every 5 minutes, leaving you alone for long periods of time. I found it very odd that they would always lock the front door and after 7 PM, close all the storefront blinds. I paid for haircut and coloring but I ended up leaving at 11 PM WITHOUT the haircut and they had the audacity to call me back the next day to finish the haircut portion. They insisted on starting with the hair coloring BEFORE the haircut, which I’ve never seen before. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there for anything, especially highlights!! They really pretend to be super caring but they are super unprofessional at what they do.

This salon will take care of you! I haven’t been in a salon since Covid and they were very nice and accommodating. I wanted a freestyle color and cut and they did a fantastic job! A color I would have never done but it came out amazing! I’m very picky and I’m glad I found them!

Karen explained everything she was doing along the way, always leaving the final choices to me. She was not happy unless her customers were absolutely satisfied. Kaitlin and Linda were awesome, extremely attentive, as well. Very pleasant experience. Definitely plan to return!!Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting, Curly hair, Hair coloring

My hair was very dry and struggling a lot before my appointment but Karen and her staff turned it around! She customized the treatments to my hair and turned it completely around. I walked in with dull, damaged hair and left with glossy defined curls. My heat damaged pieces look much healthier too! It was my first time at this salon on Friday for a Brazilian blowout done by Karen, Mirlenca, and Marsha. Now I won’t go anywhere else for a Brazilian!! They were all so sweet, knowledgable and straight up hilarious. It seemed like a few hours of hanging out with friends rather than being at the hair salon. And my hair came out great! Frizz free and silky smooth. You can tell they care about their craft SO much. I will definitely be back. Thanks so much ladies! Y’all are awesome.
