On Thursday, 12 January 2023, I went to them during my lunch break and get a gel manicure. Later that day 12 January 2023 no less then 12 hours, my polish started to chip. I went back on 13 January to get them fixed. One of the other nail techs were gracious enough to fix them, however the next day, Saturday 14 January, the reminder of the nail polish started to peel. I contacted the salon and asked if I could come back when I return to Orangeburg, SC because I live in Augusta, GA, but work in Orangeburg, SC and we are closed for the weekend and do not return until Tuesday because of the holiday, I was told that if I could come back on Saturday, 14 January or they will have to charge me when I return. I again explained that I do not live in Orangeburg and my ride to them would cost me more to come back to get them fixed. Nonetheless, the lady I spoke to, hung up on me, she was not rude during the call, however she did hang up after I again attempted to inform her that I lived in Augusta, GA that is an hour and a half drive and I won’t be back in Orangeburg, SC until after Holiday and that I didn’t imagine gel polish chipping or peeling off so soon.

I highly recommend coming here , my aunt and I had a very good experience getting our gel manicures and jelly pedicures. Our technicians Daniel and Amy were super! They know their stuff and it really showed throughout our service with them. They are passionate about the work they do and it made our visit feel just as it should. Special thanks to Daniel because even though I was the last person to leave the shop, he didn’t hurry through my service, so I really appreciate that and he was determined to be sure that I was satisfied with everything. Great job! Daniel and Amy, looking forward to seeing them again!

Horrible I wanted coffin and got some wide a$$ square nails. Acrylic was left around my nails and I will never go back there. The young men does some good work but the lady needs to just chill and hang it up because she is to tired and needs to rest her fingers she will lose customers for them. It was already late so I didn’t even want a redo I just didn’t get any polish went home and fixed them myself what a waste could have did them myself but it was my bday and I wanted to look good but I had to do them anyways lol smh.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my nails done here on my way to visit friends. I paid for acrylic gel nail. It took 2.5 hours. My coffin style nails were cut crooked and curved in random places on the sides of the nail. The gel polish started peeling and started to look bumpy within a week.I called the next week to schedule to get it fixed. The guy said it would be free I gave him a range of days and he said any of those days would be fine. I went in and explained the situation to the woman at the front (I presumed to b the owner)and she said “no not free $15.” and proceeded to start yelling at me. She then took a pic of my nails and started asking customers around the shop if I just needed a fill in. After seeing my nails up close, the main customer she was talking to agreed that the nail work wasn’t quality work and that they shouldn’t look the way they did. I tried to calmly communicate with the owner and she kept yelling at me. Then she yelled “If you don’t have money just say so.” I told her at that point I just wanted the nails off. She finally calmed down and removed my nails, but proceeded to cut my nails jagged and super short. She also left the glue residue on my nails. I travelled 2 hours with the promise that my nails would be redone for free because of poor quality work. The owner refused to uphold the agreement and she refused to give me a refund.
