Do not go there for a hairdo! I wanted a simple half up half down with curls for a photo shoot. They had 3 stylists working on my hair and 1.5 hours later I walked out looking like I did the hair myself the night before and slept on it. I think I could have done a better job myself and in less time. The curling was not consistent because the 3 stylists all had different ways of curling hair so the end output looked messy. Some parts of my head had looser curls, some had stiff, tight, heavily hair sprayed curls. But the real disaster began when they started to do the half up half down, they struggled so much for a seemingly simple hairstyle of just twists and pins. They redid my hairdo like 5 times, and at the end I had to give them a deadline because my photographer was waiting for me and they messily pinned up my hair in 15 minutes. It’s either Zona unfortunately booked me with stylists that knew nothing about updos or these are their best stylists and that’s just their capabilities. Either way, given their lack of skills they should have never even offered hairdos as a service. My photo shoot ended up being a complete disaster because my hairdo was falling apart, thanks Zona.
