Wow, what can I say. I only had a vague idea about the style I wanted and I shared that with Jessenya. She went with it, did a fantastic job and I love my new cut! Would definitely recommend Jessenya for the cut especially if you have wavy or curly hair.

I started going to Jillian a few years ago when my hair was dry, damaged, and full of split ends. I have curly hair that can be hard to manage, but because of Jillian and her team at Zokkoz, I’m happy to say that my hair is healthier than it’s ever been. Every time I go to there, I leave with a beautiful cut, color, and blowout. Zokkoz Salon has a great atmosphere and it’s a wonderful place to spend a few hours getting pampered! Highly recommend!

I received two Groupons for mani/pedi. I made the 1st appointment with no problem. Was a lovely experience. I called today to make the 2nd appointment and was told that I am not allowed to use 2 Groupons. How silly. You ruined my experience with your salon and my Mother’s Day gift. Shameful. I will never return and cannot recommend such rude behavior to friends. A woman owned business should certainly treat women/moms nicer than this. Disappointed to say the least.

I have visited ZOKKOZ Salon during multiple summer trips to Westchester County, NY. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. This year, the woman who shampooed my hair gave me the best scalp massage EVER, hands down. In 2019, I had the botanical scalp treatment, which was totally amazing. This shop gives a lot of attention to detail. My stylist asked me right questions, so she could be clear about what I wanted. I was impressed by my stylist placing an ear shield on me prior to flat-ironing. When I left the shop, I loved the way I looked. I know I will return to ZOKKOZ next summer. I completely recommend this salon to anyone who lives locally. If you are visiting from outside the area and you need a salon convenient to Briarcliff Manor, Pleasantville, Ossining or Chappaqua, ZOKKOZ is your place.

For the last few years, Jillian has been my go-to hair stylist whether it’s for just a trim, a blow out for an event or a hair relaxing treatment. When I got engaged and knew I had to pick a hair stylist for my wedding, I didn’t think twice about hiring Jillian. For about 8 months, Jillian worked with me to come up with the best hair styles for my big day. To say I was indecisive is an understatement. She’s not only incredibly talented with everything hair, but she’s also creative, easy to work with, and now someone I consider a friend. We settled on not one hair style but three! Jillian could’ve told me I was crazy for wanting my hair down, then up, then up again in a different way, but she handled it with such grace. On my wedding day itself, Jillian was her true self and everything you want on the big day: friendly, organized, punctual, helpful and efficient! I had two hair changes during the wedding itself (pre- ceremony and pre-reception) and she handled them better than I imagined. I received compliments on my hair all day long! Whether you’re looking for a simple haircut, a fancy updo, or a wedding day stylist, Jillian is the best of the best and I would recommend her to anyone!
