They were able to squeeze me in at such short notice despite being booked up. The owner Zoe was a pleasure to meet as well! Looking forward to checking out their other services as well.Update!!This place is truly a hidden gem. The first time I visited, it was a last-minute desperate request for a trim. When I stopped back in for a trim, Zoe was also able to put me in for a Keratin treatment. I’ve done quite a few treatments before and I can say already that this time was done with exceptional care for my hair. I just called last minute to see if they were available to trim my hair. They were able to squeeze me in at such short notice despite being booked up. The owner Zoe was a pleasure to meet as well! Looking forward to checking out their other services as well.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityTo start, the salon claims to be open at 10am and the openers weren’t present until 10:20am. The young lady that washed and blew dry my hair was pleasant and seemingly the only professional I experienced. The young lady finished washing my hair and drying it, no later than 11:30, possibly earlier.My “stylist” didn’t start braiding my hair for my sew-in until 11:45am and did not finish until 2:45pm. Keep in mind that I told her it was my bday, so I imagined she would work quickly and efficiently so that I could have enjoyed my day. But no, thanks to her unprofessionalism I spent majority of what was supposed to be an important day in her chair. I came here prior to my bday a few years back and the woman that did my sew in was way quicker, professional, and more efficient.This “stylist” continuously took breaks and stopped a few times to do other client’s hair. Who runs a business where it’s okay for something like that? Additionally once she got to the final stages of doing my hair she started to rush, so that she could start her next client.
