I have gone here a few times before and was very happy. I have been getting gel-powered nails for 8 years now. I left the place I was going to , since after the pandemic it seemed not as good. Lots of new people. So I went to Zoe’s Nail because my daughter goes there and is very happy. I have gotten clear powder with glitter ombré many times. This time I wanted short clear nails . I am talking care of my 2 month granddaughter and diapering her with long nails is hard. This nail person gave me white nails. I asked her several times for clear. So when she said I was done and they were still white I was not happy. She started to soak my nails again and used the Dremel on them again. She then rushed through the process using the correct clear powder. The next day they felt rough and I could scratch off the powder off my nails. I called in the morning and was told to come in at 2:00. I had other plans for my Saturday but I charged them to come back at 2:00. The owner took me and was so rude. He used the Dremel on my nails again and then put gel polish on my nails and made me put my nails under a bright light. So I did not get what I wanted. I was treated rudely and I have no reason to go back. Plus I’m a very good tipper so their lost ..

Many design to choose from, friendly front desk staff and worker. They would give you the best advice on which design and color would fit you the best. Would come back and recommend friends to come here. The price is worth the work. The waiting time is reasonable, but is better if you make appointment beforehand.

orst nail salon I’ve ever gone to. The woman started to glue tips on top of my old tips. I had to speak up and tell her to remove the old so my nails wouldn’t be 6 inches thick? She then glued the tips on sideways and instead of fixing them filed them far too narrow. She burned me with the spinning file ten times and only responded

Very unprofessional. I made an appointment with Fiona and when I arrived someone else started to do my nails. Owner was very rude and started to yell when I politely told him that I made my appointment with Fiona. I love how Fiona does my nails and have been going to her for a while now but unfortunately I will not be returning. Gel manicures

I am not one to even take the time to write a review but I was just treated so disrespectfully by the owner herself. I have been going there for months now and I really liked Fiona so she is not the issue. I admit I liked the color selection for the gel fill ins and she did a good job and is kind. However like other reviews here they are always behind and when you come in they basically ignore when you ask how long it will be. I went in today and could tell Fiona was going to be awhile with the customer she was doing. If I had to wait 10-15 min for her then fine but then David was going to have to start me and to me I feel I made an appointment so that’s not appropriate. I get they’re trying to make money but also ppl make appointments for a reason. So I was ok with him starting them but I was not sure if the color and wanted to ask Fiona’s opinion before choosing on something. I told him I wanted to wait and he was insistent I pick a color. I explained why very clearly and he spoke to me like I didn’t get it. Sorry but the color doesn’t go on until the end so what is the big deal?! He shook his head and made a face at me and was raising his voice and as a customer I did not appreciate it. I then left and called to speak with Zoe and she was just as rude and defending him. She said he didn’t make a face meanwhile he was facing me not her. And then she hung up on me. They don’t listen they just do what they please and I’m sorry but customers are paying a lot of money for not just nice nails but some respect as a paying customer. I left to another place and got my nails done quicker and have plenty of time to even get my child from school. Whereas here I had to make the appointment earlier and earlier just to get him in time. So it depends if you have all the time in the world and don’t mind waiting then ok but also be aware if a question bc they’re rude and don’t respect customers.
