Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityFirst time in a professional massage setting. Booked a couples massage for my spouse & myself for my birthday (I also had a light treatment). We were a little anxious, not knowing 100% what to expect/do exactly. But staff was very friendly and helpful, and explained efficiently enough. We were asked if we were comfortable with a mixed gender team doing our massages upon requesting a specific date. We were indeed, and they did an excellent job! I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, decor, lightning, and music too. I appreciated the fact that smells were pleasant, but not overpowering at all! It was perfect. I also appreciated their enhanced cleaning measures and masking policy at this time while we’re still experiencing a pandemic. I came in to use up the last of a gift card and didn’t plan on probably returning ONLY because it is a bit of a drive. After my visit with Rochelle I won’t hesitate to come back. Not only does she have a wonderful technique but she has a kind and inviting energy (which honestly seems to be rare in this world these days.) It was a true surprise treat for me away from my busy days.
