I called to schedule an appointment during business hours, about 9:40am. They open at 9:00am. I called 4 times with no answer. Shouldn’t someone be answering the phone???? I had to go out of my way to go there to make an appointment. There were 3 stylists there, lounging around. No customers. I asked about an appointment thinking that I could get a quick hair cut right away since no one was busy, or doing anything at all. They said they were booked solid. Really? Could you not have taken 15 minutes to cut my hair until your “booked solid” time begun??? Apparently not. I did schedule an appointment, but was not pleased with the blase attitude and the fact that despite the fact that they are by appointment only, you couldn’t make an exception for a new customer, as it was blatantly obvious that one of the 3 of you had time to accommodate me. I called to cancel my appointment and told them the reason. I’ll find another great, friendly, accommodating salon to cut my hair. You lost a potential client, but, you really don’t care, do you.

Nice to go to a salon where they know hair! Good understanding of hair styles, great cut, reasonable price… and it’s hard to find a salon where I don’t have to breath that stinky nail polish.
