Where to begin! The staff is always super friendly. My nail guy is Ryan who is amazing at dip nails! My back ups just in case he isn’t here are Sophie and Summer. Between the 3 they always make me feel welcomed and I very much appreciate them for taking great care of me when I’m in. Ms. Tina does amazing on pedicures as well! Great place! You won’t be disappointed

This place is absolutely amazing my nail person was David. He is a very hard dedicated worker he took his time on my nails and made them look absolutely amazing for prom. He is so sweet and offered me drinks. He also checked up on me a lot to make sure I liked my nails. I definitely recommend going here!!

Lana 1 did an absolute amazing job on my nails!! I went to a previous shop with the same design and it was nothing compared to my picture. She nailed it to a T. I absolutely love, Sara! She was so amazing doing my pedicure and did a fabulous job on my toes! Definitely will be coming back to this place.

I’ve been going to ZIZI NAIL LOUNGE for four years. They have always been nice and accommodating. You always fine those workers who don’t treat you or accommodate what you need to be done but if you go enough times and find a GREAT nail tech all is good. They always treat my 92 year old mom like she is someone special and to find a place that does this has been wonderful for the family.

Hands down worst nail experience I’ve ever had. There were ants surrounding the chair during pedicure and staff constantly got up during service time while clock was going. They did not provide any discount for the time cut out of service or the ants everywhere. For a dip service on fingers nails were left uneven with nail bed, lifting, and cuticles untouched all for $120. Had other decent experiences years past here but will not choose it again.

CHLOE WAS AWESOME! ✨ She took her time and did not rush! Love my nails. I got a manicure (includes lotion and hand/arm massage) and a dip set with tips in an almond shape for $65. I’ve paid more at other places in waco and been very disappointed with my nails after. This place was great! Very clean, and they are taking covid precautions. I added their new menu with prices in the photos! Will definitely go back!
