Went in for a fill with a simple design…my nails look horrendous, they’re uneven, crooked, nothing like I showed, she rushed, was rude to my daughter who was supposed to get a little manicure for her birthday yet only got a polish change..then charged me $60 for something I could have done myself. Absolutely will never return. No paper towels at washing station, watered down soap, and she was going to use all dirty supplies until I said something..definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Kim the owners does my nails her creative goes above and beyond every time. I’ll go in pick the colors, give her a theme, and she’ll then do her thing. Very friendly and attentive. Not a whole lot of colors to choose from but they use organic top coat for the dips and that’s amazing. I will see how long the manicure lasts.

I had a 12:30 appointment and arrived a little early. I was able to sit and soak my feet right away in just water without anything in it or the jets going. After a bit I had to ask for more hot water because it was cold. After soaking for 45 minutes in water that again was cold I ended up leaving. I don’t know why an appointment didn’t mean anything when I still ended up waiting for everyone else. There were 4 people working at the time.

Critical: Qualitystaff is very nice and clean but my manicure didn’t turn out at all like I was wanting. wish she could’ve just told me she wasn’t able to do the design when I asked. I even told her if she’s not comfortable with the design we could do something else but she said she could do it.
