Dr Matt is extremely knowledgeable with respect to injuries and recovery. His knowledge and the tools he offers are incredible for recovery or just relaxing in the sauna or floating. Floating is an amazing feeling, no pressure on the body, just relax. You might even fall asleep!! I have used the cryogenic numerous times due my serious back problems. It reduces inflammation and relieves pain! Try them out, you will not be disappointed!!

One thing I look for in any business is customer service. Matt has it down. He cares more about his clients than most business owners. Building value in everything he talks about. Spending extra time to help educate. I was nervous to step inside a machine that was -200F but Matt talked me through it.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. If you haven’t tried the cryo-therapy it’s a MUST but my favorite thing is combining that with the infrared sauna after. Cryo is the coldest three minutes of your life (but does amazing things for your body) and then I jump onto that nice warm sauna, decompress, and sweat out loads of toxins. MAN…..when I leave there I feel like I can do anything. I highly recommend it.
