This place is fantastic! It was my 3 year old daughters first haircut ever and they made us feel very comfortable. They offered to put on whatever show or movie my daughter wanted to watch and she got to choose which seat (mini cars) to sit in while getting her hair cut. Nicole was sweet and got balloons for my daughter and Lorraine did a great job on her haircut. Will definitely come back. Thanks for such a pleasant experience 🙂

The front desk receptionist wasn’t friendly at all. She needs a personality. It’s a turn off for the whole first impression of a business. The woman that cut my sons hair however was very nice and did a very good job. It’s also ridiculously expensive especially when your kid doesn’t have much hair to cut in the first place. I had a much much better experience at cookie cutters in RVC.

Stylists are wonderful with children of all ages. They have a regular chair plus cars for kids to sit in. A child can pick a show to view while cutting is in progress. Overall, it makes haircuts a more pleasurable experience.

This is one of the worst kids cut places. I would give zero stars if I can. My son was almost injured twice. They don’t have away to deal with kids. They rushed on both my sons hair cuts. In addition, they charge 27 dollars for a kid hair cut. Ridiculous. I will never come back. Stay away. The cashier lady has attitude as well.

The cuts are uneven. The staff leaders are very nice and attending my crying child. I get that it’s frustrating working with children who are crying uncontrollably, but at least try not to let them leave half uneven haircuts. I could tell it was very uneven due to the hair length and just the hairline was not lined up well. Some strands seems longer and some shorter.I’m really upset and how my son hair turned out. I regret coming to this place.

The barriers are great, work well with the kids. Unlike other places the shop is not packed with screaming children, keeping the atmosphere calm. The review would have 5 stars if the front desk person did not have a bad attitude.

So I have been taking my daughter here since her first haircut and so far they have been great until she wanted something different for her 6th birthday and omg did they mess up her hair!! She wanted bangs and came out looking so bad I was mortified they tried somewhat angling it to make it look decent but it was just a mess idk if the lady is new I asked for some hair advice before doing it and it should’ve been a red flag when I heard an unconfident response. Needless to say I will not be going there again, they definitely didn’t meet my expectations. They definitely need refreshers on how to cut hair. I’m just upset my daughter will have this cut for her birthday I guess it is one for the books. You live and you learn.

I am incredibly disgusted and disappointed. I drove 47 minutes with my autistic son, older son and ABA therapist since haircuts are always challenging for my youngest. We come a few minutes late and the receptionist, while on the phone, takes out her finger and says “no” then asks for his name. We were confused since we had a 5pm appointment and she said no because he was crying hysterically and said we were late. It was 5:12pm. I told her we drove over 45 minutes to come here and set up the whole afternoon around this haircut. Why can’t you take us? “You had a 5pm appointment. And you’re late.” I asked if we can wait until the next person comes and she said no and went back on the phone. I’m sorry but there are ways to do things and being so rude and unpleasant and in customer service as a receptionist is ridiculous and appalling. Children with special needs take time and have meltdowns, so many things can make a parent late. Not being understanding or pleasant and instead forcing us out is insane. My children had so many questions and my ABA therapist felt she was racist towards us. Never returning here again and will warn others.

The hairdresser was nice and did a great job. However i dont feel like ever going back there cause the woman at the front desk treated me so bad and made me feel uncomfortable cause i arrived early she is so lame. Even the hairdresser told me “ dont worry about her” Haircut
