I haven’t been here since the pandemic started but when I came back I was shocked to see that they renovated. I came here for a cleanup & the women who did my eyebrows, Shweta, did an amazing job and she was actually pretty gentle & super fast. I 10/10 recommend coming.

I was amazed because I’ve been getting my brows threaded for years, this was one of the gentlest experiences I had. And my brows looked great! Do you not go to the Baldwin location I was robbed by the worker named Tamara. She fooled me into prepaying my next threading appointment because apparently there was a minimum on the card so when I came back three weeks later she refused to do that for me. And to top it off when she swiped my card she didn’t even give it back to me I went all the way home and realized this lady tried to keep my card. Worst customer service ever. The Freeport location is much better but I will no longer give this company my business after they stole money from me. I hope Tamara gets fired.
