I have been contemplating leaving this review but I don’t want ANYONE to feel the way I felt my last visit here. I had visited a handful of times recently, always making sure to be courteous and polite with the staff – they were always kind to me as well – to my face at least. This past visit though, when I walked in, it was very apparent the person on staff was talking about me to another staff member on the phone (it was on speaker). After I walked in the door, she told the other staff member “Be quiet! She can hear you!” and made for a very unprofessional experience. I will not be going back.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueThe first couple times I have been in there the girl was really helpful and nice. The last time I was there the girl was rude and very angry that I was taking too long to get dressed. I was in a lay down and was just making sure there wasn’t a bunch of lotion left o the bed. The first couple times I have been in there the girl was really helpful and nice. The last time I was there the girl was rude and very angry that I was taking too long to get dressed. So happy I started tanning here. Came in to prep for vacation but couldnt leave after the great color I’ve gotten from the beds and VersaSpa Pro. I get great discounts with the Sun Club package. Girls at the front desk are always really nice and salons always look super clean. I can go to any of 5 locations with my membership!
