Facial was not 60 minutes. There was no steam unless it’s considered the hot towels The other facials I have had in the past inclued neck,shoulder and upper arm massage.. There was no one to greet when you entered sat for 12 minutes and overheard conversations inthe back of salon “did anyone come in?” ” no I don’t think so” then approx 5 minutes later someone came up front and saw me there. Is not handicap accessible inside the building. All facial procedures are done on the second floor only accessible by a stair case.

Customer service needs improvement, it took me three weeks to get an appointment, left messages and nobody returned my call; finally someone called me back and when I related my concerns her response was that she was on vacation and didn’t take the phone with her, no need for that response!

I had my hair colored and cut by Kathleen. She was very patient (went 8 months without color or cut!), sweet and did an amazing job. She took her time to make sure the color was just right and the results were brilliant. I am definitely going back!

Very friendly and helpful staff! After getting a bad cut from a different salon, I went to Zinnia and saw Vee. She gave me a lovely cut and helped me feel so much better! She gave me good advice about how to treat and style my hair as well. I would absolutely recommend this salon.

I have had many facials and this is my favorite, you see results, and they last, my skin looks great. I have my hair colored and trimmed, from Celeste with great results. I would like to begin by saying that my last professional hair cut was 14 years ago. It was not my best experience, so obviously I was a nervous Nellie just thinking about ever going to another salon! Especially since my hair was down to my butt, and I could not envision what could possibly be done with it? But, Zinnia’s amazing Stylist, Carol Lynn Johnson knew how to work her magic, and I absolutely love my cut, and color! Carol Lynn has a way about her that is so calming, and positive! She made me feel relaxed, and my nervousness vanished in no time at all. She cut, and layered my hair, and added color that matches my natural hair color. My hair feels fuller, lighter, and is so manageable! I absolutely love it!!!! I will definitely go back to Carol Lynn! I cannot say enough about her talents, and how much I am enjoying my new hair! Because I can’t figure out how to reply to our reviews, One of the women was dramatically disturbed in life and no one could please her. And the other your full highlight and cut was $128 and you bought a product. Maybe the stylists should have discussed before performing the service. Though costly, my cut and color at Zinnia was well worth the money! My hair color is exquisite. The cut exactly what I’ve wanted for years and never got anywhere else. My daughter was just as happy with her cut and is returning for a fun color soon. Lisa Nemire is an excellent stylist and a asset to this salon, ask for her by name.
