When I called to book an appointment the beautician was thorough in explaining the process, prices and asking details of my current hair state. On the day of my appointment I was greeted and taken care of immediately. Based on my hair type Zina took care of it for the maximum results. She explained everything she was doing and recommended what’s best for optimal hair growth and for a radiant healthy hair color. As a first time customer I was given a hair mask sample, and $5 off my next trim. I appreciate this service and I will go back. My hair went from stiff to flowing with the wind.

I got my locs retwisted and styled! The stylist did an awesome job, she was very gentle (I am super tender headed) and even gave me a cute style for the holidays when all I came for was a retwist. Only con I can think of was the long wait time but the cute style made up for that! Dreadlocks

I got a relaxer retouch on my roots this past Saturday and I was IMPRESSED. It’s hard to find an ethnic hair salon that really gives you time and attention and Zina delivered! I was nervous since I’ve been seeing my same lady the last 10 years, but Zina made me feel comfortable almost instantly! She was not only very attentive, but she explained everything she used in my hair and explained her next process steps to me. Again, I was extremely impressed since, unfortunately, that level of customer service and hospitality seems to be rare these days. Not only will I come here again, I’m recommending all my girls do the same!

I haven’t gotten my hair pressed since I was 12, but coming here has made me want to start doing it again. Meeka was amazing! My hair has never looked so silky and straight. Zina gave me lots of tips on hair care, which has made my style last longer and look good. Both ladies were super friendly and nice. Go there if you want a stylist that cares about your hair’s health.

She’s knowledgeable, gentle & creates such a welcoming environment! I put a keratin relaxer in my hair on top of a perm (not knowing) and all of my hair was falling out. I was devastated. I went to Zinas and she explained exactly what was going on w my hair.
