I went in Thursday for a manicure for my best friends wedding, and paid $100 for the “detailed art.” The staff were very nice, and I had a pleasant enough manicure. When I got in the car following, I realized how incredibly uneven each of the French tips were, as well as how the flowers did not really resemble flowers— I could not wear the nails for the wedding. On Friday morning 2 of the nails chipped, and by Friday afternoon almost 7 had come off. I called this week to let them know of the problem, and they were unwilling to work with me to resolve the problem. I spent $100 for this manicure.

I am from out of town, but called and was able to get right in. The shop is small but clean and there was a lot of attention to detail with the service they provide. Usually, salons are all about get in, get out, get more people in the chairs. I got a pedicure, soaked off an old set of acrylics, and got a new set. It took longer than usual because she was busy, but it was worth the wait. I left feeling well pampered and looking fresh. My nails are stunning! The only thing I might suggest is offering clients getting multiple services at least a beverage. That’s not even a complaint, merely a suggestion. Thank you, Zin Nails!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI was looking for a new nail salon. I called and they were able to get me in right away. I needed a fill, I stated my concerns that a previous tech from a different salon made them too thick. The girl was awesome, she filed them down and now they are thin!! She filled my nails evenly, and she did a little cuticle care while she was at it. My husband got a pedicure and he stated ya the best one he has had. We will be going to this salon every time! I was looking for a new nail salon. I called and they were able to get me in right away. I needed a fill, I stated my concerns that a previous tech from a different salon made them too thick. The girl was awesome, she filed them down and now they are thin!! She filled my nails evenly, and she did a little cuticle care while she was at it. I called and a pre-recorded message said they do not do appointments and their phone system was having trouble but they welcome walk-ins and their hours were something like 9AM to 7PM. I went today around 2PM and there was only one girl in the shop. She told me that she only does toes and the only girl who does nails has two appointments today so she is fully booked. I truly do not understand how they stay in business. I would not waste my time trying to go here, as they seem not to want to do any service or make any money. Sat in the parking lot calling nearby nail salons and the girl left, left the door open, and sat out in her car watching me. A bizarre experience.
