Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI love this place. I’ve been coming here for 5+ years (before it was Zily) and have been so impressed by the new owner. I love this place. I’ve been coming here for 5+ years (before it was Zily) and have been so impressed by the new owner. When you go to a nail place, you have to trust your tech. Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been here once before and it was great, but the second, and last time was more than unpleasant. At first my nails were done in different shapes and different lengths, and as I was passed onto another person to paint my nails and asked them to fix it and they did for the most part, but left my ring finger noticeably shorter than the rest. To fix it she shortened my other ring finger making both hands look a little funky. She did do a great paint job though! They also didn’t do the complimentary dip wax but also not a big deal. I came back in with someone to get it fixed that same day and the manager proceeded to say and I quote I was “telling lies” and turned to the person I was with and said “that’s what she told you?” and scoffed/ laughed at me and told me he was not going to do anything to fix nor was he going to give me a partial refund because “he doesn’t do that”. I left in tears. I’ve been here once before and it was great, but the second, and last time was more than unpleasant. At first my nails were done in different shapes and different lengths, and as I was passed onto another person to paint my nails and asked them to fix it and they did for the most part, but left my ring finger noticeably shorter than the rest. The owners Ziko and Lily are so sweet and talented. Bring them any pic of what you want on your nails as they can do anything you ask. I tell all my friends to come here. As long as I live in this area, I’ll never go anywhere else.
