I was given a gift card for $155 right before everything shut down for COVID. The gift card requested that it be used within a year, but there was no set expiration date. Considering everything that was going on, I was uncomfortable going in to get a massage. I finally contacted them today about redeeming the gift card and was told that they would not honor it since it was expired. This was a lot of money that someone paid for me, and I’m really disappointed that I cannot redeem it for services.

I love Zilda’s I’ve been a customer since 2009, customer service is #1 priority to them! Christina and the staff is so personable and friendly and just a lovely people! They accommodated my bridal party for a day of spa they all loved Zilda!! I love Zilda so much that ever since I moved I have to travel almost an hour for Spa day and I look forward to it! Thank you for being an Amazing place!! Recommend it 10x and more!! Oh and they remember your birthdays, anniversary how cool is that!!

I visited for the first time for our anniversary with very high hopes! I booked a couples massage for our special day. Well our massage was great but I must say that the receptionist Lindsay was quite rude. We were excited to use our gift card and our first visit code on flier of 20% off. However, she informed us of different circumstances after we were done that we couldn’t because it was a discounted service. Ok… it is a discount of 1$ !!!!! Yes 1$$$!!! So I may add we would have used it for other things had we not been told on phone we could use this in combination w gift card. Not to mention we booked another massage together for two weeks later and agreed we would do this every two weeks after! So they have lost us as clients. I called and asked again and she was just as rude as when we were there. I do want to add everyone else was smiling and friendly the entire time we were there. I am sad to say as highly recommended and pleased as we were there are too many other places to go for this service to be told one thing and get another. I called today and canceled. When I told lady why she said ok! I asked for owners name and she still canceled and said she would let her know about concern. All I can say is I’ve owned a salon for 21 years and would never do this to a client much less a new one! Word of mouth is a powerful thing!

I’ve been going to Zilda Brazilian Spa for years, and have had some good experiences and some bad experiences. The latest experience has made me decide not to return. I arrived ahead of time for my scheduled services, and waited for my appointment time. Once I was in the room, I was informed that my appointments had been scheduled wrong and there was not enough time to do a full hour facial, only a 30 minute facial could be done, or I could skip my eye lash tinting service. I voiced that it wasn’t my mistake and that I had planned on the full hour long facial in order to relax. They didn’t care. I had to go for only 30-minutes. I received no apology from anyone, they acted like I shouldn’t care that they cut my services short due to their error. What added to the frustration of the situation at the end, was that when I left the room and went to check out, there was not a single person waiting in the waiting room to be seen next. I tried calling a couple times to speak to the owner, but the phone was never answered. Customer service makes a difference. A simple apology and acknowledgement of the situation could have saved them losing a long-time customer.

Bought my wife a few massages here awhile back and to say it was the best ever for her is an understatement. They have set the bar for her and even though we have now moved to North Carolina, she continues to compare any massage she gets to ZIlda. She has yet to find a place she likes as well. Prices are reasonable, especially for the quality you get.
