Critical: QualityWent in for a cut, hair treatment and possible dark color (total = $45) I had mentioned I didn’t have much money and that I had previously wanted platinum but my hair was to damaged from at home bleach job. The appointment was supposed to be a quick 30 minute experience. She proceeded to bleach my hair leaving chemicals in for OVER 90MINUTES (I had timed it as I’ve had some experience with bleach and didn’t want my hair to fry) well she spent her time styling another clients hair. After the client left and it was just us she proceeds to wash my hair out leaving me with blisters from the bleach and hair dryer she left on me. Went in for a cut, hair treatment and possible dark color (total = $45) I had mentioned I didn’t have much money and that I had previously wanted platinum but my hair was to damaged from at home bleach job.
