The last time I called I was informed by a staff person with a poor attitude that I owed $50 in late fees and that I would need to pay ahead of time due to 2 no show appointments. While I was aware of one which was the day of the blackout in May, and asked if it could be forgiven due to extenuating circumstances – I was told no and that I signed a waiver stating I would pay such a fee. (Would the machines work if there was no electricity?). Fine. The second no show fee was from august 2021- and I was never informed I had to pay it until nearly a full year later, despite having several appointments throughout the course of the year. It is worth noting that at least on one occasion (and if memory serves me it was 2x) I arrived to past appointments and the person meant to be servicing me had not arrived and I was unable to be serviced. I did not demand a fee but I’m thinking I should have. My theory is with inflation as high as it is, people are spending less money on services offered at this establishment because most are probably considered a luxury. In response the business is trying to recoup any and all funds that they can. The problem in my case was the poor way I was spoken to, ignored/disregarded, and demanding a fee one year after the fact seems just.. shady. 7 year client lost.

Went awhile for laser hair removal after further research I did after paying HUNDREDS maybe even thousands of dollars found out I was not a good candidate. I feel taken advantage of. And the laser she put on my nose to take away the red veins did nothing as she promised they would. 🙁

I have NEVER had any negative experiences here either with support staff, clinical staff, or the expert procedures performed. Renee is the best electrolysis tech ever; Kathy’s, Amy’s & Jessica’s filler and botox injections are superior to my plastic surgeon’s. Jennifer is perfection at it’s most perfect. Lynette is the ultimate professional and will take literally hours if needed to explain what is going to be done and what to expect. Marcy always has time to answer a question. Walked in and was immediately looked up and down by all 4 staff standing in the front as if I must be in the wrong place. I remained pleasant and tolerant..and in the end my face ended up getting legit burned because she had the steamer directly to my skin and held it there. FYI ..yes I have money to spend at your little spa. I must say, if you are a woman of color… I hope your experience is far better and that you do not feel unwelcome or out of place as I did.

I’ve had a few different procedures done here for acne and acne scarring. Every single person that works at Ziba MedSpa is absolutely lovely, kind, and personable, and they make you feel really at ease (which is so important when you’re anxious about your skin!). The facility is clean and pleasant, and the aestheticians are extremely knowledgable.

I saw Jennifer today to help me with some scarring and some hyperpigmentation on my face. After one treatment, with my skin still slightly inflamed from the chemical peel, my face ALREADY looks better. She was incredible thorough and SO sweet! I highly recommend her.

I had came here to get a consultation along with IPL testing. After my first visit, I wasn’t too impressed with the Dr. I had consulted with, Lynette. I thought she seemed to care more about making me feel more down about the discoloration I had on my face than actually helping me get to the root of my problem and find a solution. However, I still scheduled my IPL testing, as my facial discoloration had been a very big insecurity of mine ever since I was little. When It came time for the treatment, I still had a few questions in the back of my mind that I had wanted to ask, once I did she made me feel as if I was a bother and my questions irritated her. Once the testing was complete, she then told me about possible issues I may face later on. That really bothered me considering she hadn’t brought it (melasma) up during the consultation or before the treatment. Once we exited the room, she then continued to contradict what she had just previously advised me to do, as far as skin care. Before leaving, she had spent close to 25 minutes talking about horses with a friend of mine instead of further explaining IPL, what to be looking for, or even what to be alarmed at. It is a very clean, calm, and relaxing facility, however I do not recommend getting IPL treatments done here.
