I want to share how important your lymphatic system is.. as Shari and Chad can tell you, and most people who know me, I’m not one who believes, or practices (I should), self care and routines regarding your body and skin. When I told my sister how worn down I felt, she quickly asked me about my lymphatic system and sent me numerous articles regarding this issue. She coached me on how it needed to be done and I’m amazed at how much better I feel. Shari and Chad not only care about their clients, they truly care about their quality of life.
