My sisters and I have been Ziba customers for years. Once the nail bar opened we were excited and automatically fell in love with it. Daniel has been doing an EXCELLENT job on our nails! We go consistently every two weeks and without any notice the nail bar was closed. This is terrible customer service, we had no idea the bar was closing. There was no regard for the customers at all and we are considering not even getting our eyebrows done there anymore. I even reached out to management at a 562 #to complain twice and was told I would get a call back and never did. The nail bar needs to be opened back. I’m very disappointed that customers are treated like this!

Girls don’t listen when you tell them how you want your brows shaped. They look at you like if they’re listening but they’re not! I have tried 3 different girls…they’re all the same. They either do the shapes they want or don’t shape both brows the same. Don’t go here. Too expensive to end up with messed up brows

They thread my brows just perfect; lt ls overpriced lf you don’t go during happy hour, which they inconveniently changed to appointment only. lf you call and make an appointment for happy hour, the $12 brow and upper lip ls worth lt even though lts still a bit more expensive than other places. Pinky threads exactly as l want and ls not as painful as other girls there.

Terrible customer service. First I was waiting in line to check in and they assisted the person behind me first. Then while I was sitting in the waiting area, my 8 year old son was playing my phone sitting in a chair and we were asked to get his shoes off the chair. Not customer or kid friendly. Couldn’t they have just wiped the chair off after we left. Guess that’s too much trouble for their staff.
