Located in serramonte, I come here every time I need my brows threaded. They recently moved into a smaller location, but still close to their original suite. I usually do walk in, but you can make a reservation through their website. I would note that their hours do get mixed up and would just aim for midday versus right when they open/close. I’ve never had to wait more than 15 minutes as a walk-in. I typically go for whoever is available first and have been happy every time. There’s usually 2 or 3 people doing hair and 1 at the counter. They have a brow package deal as well as combo packages if you want multiple areas done. I usually do my brows and upper lip. They always do my brows really nice and they offer toner once they’re done. I would recommend this place as it’s convenient and affordable.

The reception is quick to acknowledge everyone who walks in, and they are good about getting me into a seat just as quickly. It can get busy, however, the estheticians are very skilled and attentive to my wants when I go to get threading done on my brows, and sometimes other areas on my face. Definitely a great place to go with quality service and skills.

Loved coming here but on my last visit, (I’m moving away) I was turned away. I understand it was right before closing on a Sunday, but I would have been generous with my tip, and would have been extremely grateful. I even explained that I couldn’t make it in the next day because of a family vacation that was planned for the next day. I had just come from San Francisco from a 10hr shift hoping to get my eyebrows done by these wonderful women. I’m very saddened that this was my last impression of this place.

Very large space for eyebrow threading. But it’s very clean. Prices are higher than other places I’ve been do. I guess I’m used to $5 threading in NY. $12 for eyebrows, $6 for upper lip. You can pay with credit card, which is handy.
