Critical: ProfessionalismMy first time here. Haven’t gotten my eyebrow done in over 2 years. I didn’t like how they left my eyebrows thin in the past so that’s why I haven’t gotten my eyebrows done and letting them grow out. I was at the mall and I wanted to get my eyebrows shaped and I saw the reviews at this place and I decided to go for it. I walked in, it was around 7 pm only one lady working her name started with an S, I believe. When she was finished with her client, I asked the customer if I can see her eyebrows they were really nice. So then I proceed to get my eyebrows done, confident that she’ll do a great job. I specifically asked I didn’t want my eyebrows thin. She said ok I’ll shape and clean them up and I said ok great and I even mention to her I haven’t gotten my eyebrows done in a couple of years. She told me she’ll do one eyebrow first and she showed me. I was so disappointed. I almost wanted to cry. I told her nicely I didn’t want them thin and she said I shaped and cleaned and I said yes but I did say I didn’t want them thin and I pointed where she went too thin and said oh you should of told me that in the before? I thought to myself I did say not thin. In the end I was like ok and I was extremely disappointed I honestly was mad that I paid $18 for a service I honestly disliked. I don’t like making ppl feel bad or tell them how to do their job but I really didn’t like how my eyebrows are left. I waited so long to grow my eyebrows and literally specifically asked no thin eyebrows. Gave me the opposite. A Day In Our Life
I have been going to Zibas for almost 10 years now and they never fail to amaze me every time I go in to clean up my eyebrows. I am always satisfied with how my eyebrows turn out in the end. Not to mention, I have been going with Savita every time because in my opinion she is the best ! I love her ! She always greets me and asks me how my 2 boys are and just is very friendly.

Went here for the first time to get my eyebrows Arch. I got them threaded and they did a great job. The Stylist was very gentle and it was not painful. She did a very beautiful job and I’m looking perfect for my wedding tomorrow.

I had an exceptional experience here at this Zibas! All of the staff was very professional, but Ms. April was sooo sweet, kind, and helpful she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I haven’t had my brows done in quite some time and was pretty nervous; all I could think about was how bad it hurt before. She assured me that her brow specialist would take good care of me which put me at ease. Sometimes just a few words of wisdom can go a long ways. She ensured everyone was being treated with respect and remained close by just to check on me afterwards. Thank you so much by far this is the best eyebrow experience I have ever had. I will definitely be returning to this Zibas from now on for recurrent brow services.

The lady that works on the second chair declined to do a full face on me because she said I had complained the other time to her about bleeding and she said it’s normal. I only mentioned that to her no one else and I asked for tissue. Today, I went to get a full face, she said she would do my eyebrows/ upper lip, but not fullface. She said she didn’t want to get in trouble. It wasn’t a good experience. Not going back there again.
